Because when you put your money to work and know how to leverage it using our strategy in investing in real estate, what your doing is taking your money and leveraging it with positive geared properties paying them off with the positive cash flow your receiving from those properties, so you don’t take money out of your active income, bonus over time the capitals gains 💵 increase in those properties, it is a win-win situation.
Now depending on how aggressive you want to be with investing will determine what your end goals will be and timeframe you would like to achieve this. Because at the end of the day like someone dear to me once told me, life is short • we all live and we all die • it is what we do in-between that matters.
