How I Became An Real Estate Buyers Agent

As a real estate buyers agent, I always had a fascination with the buying process. It wasn’t until I took some courses and immersed myself in the field that I realized how much I enjoyed being a buyer’s agent. Working on behalf of buyers to help them find their dream home or creating an investment strategy and helping average Australians create wealth through property investing is truly fulfilling.

I started working with an old school friend and by shadowing other successful buyer’s agents and learning the ins and outs of the industry. I devoted myself to studying the different neighborhoods and their unique characteristics, as well as the different types of properties on the market.

Over time, I refined my skills in advocating for my clients during negotiations, researching market trends, and identifying the best properties based on my clients’ needs and budgets I also partnered with only a select few new home builders in NSW, QLD, VIC & SA, as I have always loved new home builds. I can still remember the feeling when my own parents bought a new home and land package approximately 25yrs ago and moved us out of a 2 bedroom unit with 3 other siblings to a big double storey new home and a brand new suburb.

One of the things that I appreciate most about this job is that every client is different and presents a new challenge, keeping me on my toes.

Being a real estate buyer’s agent has not only helped me achieve success in my own career, but it has also allowed me to help others achieve their goals of home ownership and generating wealth for their future generations through property investing.
